No matter where you are starting, I strongly believe we can all find hope as we navigate together the challenges you are facing in your life. My goal as your therapist is to provide a trauma-informed, safe environment to explore new cognitive frameworks, practice mindfulness, and celebrate your successes. I operate using a compassion-based, judgment-free approach that is collaborative in nature. I know there is power in positivity and solutions come as clients are able to uncover and build on their strengths. Each client’s path to internal peace and happiness is unique to them and using the lens of neurobiology, cognitive behavioral theory, attachment, and humor I hope to assist in that journey.

Amber is a Nationally Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Idaho and has earned her Masters Degree in Counseling from Boise State University.
