I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I obtained my Social Work degree in 2016 from the University of Southern California (USC). I received my Bachelor of Arts in 2013 from California State University of Northridge. My clinical experience includes 6 years working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in Outpatient and as a school based counselor. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and career-related problems. Also, supervising others wanting to pursue a social work career. I see children ages 14+, and adult females. At this time I do not see adult males. I am available on Mondays and Wednesdays.
My approach to therapy is an empathic, solution focused therapy while focusing on personal strengths. I view therapy as a collaborative process, with the therapist and client working together to increase self-understanding, learn new ways of coping with difficult situations, and explore and change life patterns to lead a happier, healthier life. The first step is one of the hardest steps you will need to take. I want to thank you for considering me as your therapist. I look forward to working with you.
