Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employee Assistance Programs are offered through certain employers. Often these programs offer a limited number of sessions per situation and most require pre-authorization. Ask your employer about the specifics of their program. Please note that not all counselors participate with all programs.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Co-payments and/or co-insurance are due at time of service and paid to your provider directly.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
